The campus is to be a centre for excellence and aspires to become a national and international reference, within the field of defence technology research. With a high-quality architectural and landscape proposal, it will contribute to reinforcing the values of INTA and the Ministry of Defence, where the future of research in drone defence strategies, autonomous and connected vehicles, and artificial intelligence are integral parts of the programme.
For TYPSA, CETEDEX not only represents a breakthrough in terms of unique architecture, and energy efficiency in infrastructure and construction, but also a firm commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. Conceived as a landscape-integrated campus, materially and functionally sustainable, it is clearly representative of the excellence in research and avant-garde technology proposed by INTA.
The choice of materials, nature-based energy efficient solutions, and the flexibility of spaces and uses, are essential cornerstones to improve and preserve its unique environment and CETEDEX will become the first campus to apply LEVEL(s) criteria.
