TYPSA, an international leader in engineering, architecture and consulting, has reached an important agreement with the Lantania Group to protect its corporate identity and guarantee the exclusive use of its trademark. This agreement puts an end to controversy over the use of the TYPSA brand by Traviesas y Prefabricados de Aragón, S.L, one of the companies of the Lantania Group, and represents the definitive closure of the judicial procedure initiated in 2023.
By virtue of the agreement, the Lantania Group recognises TYPSA’s exclusive rights to its brand and undertakes to use a different brand for its commercial activities, communication materials and other business matters called Travypsa. This represents a significant step for the protection of TYPSA’s strategic assets and underlines its determination to defend its intellectual property.
The agreement reflects not only the mutual respect between both entities, but also a collaborative approach to resolving business disputes in an efficient and professional manner.
With over 55 years of experience and solid recognition in the sector, TYPSA continues to lead engineering and consulting projects internationally. Protecting its trademark is an essential element in preserving its reputation and consolidating its position as a trusted agent in the global market.
This agreement marks a milestone in TYPSA’s ongoing efforts to safeguard its corporate identity and ensure that its brand is recognised as a symbol of innovation, quality and sustainability around the world.
