Refurbishment of an existing building complex of some 10,900 m² to make it a benchmark facility in the world of research and economic development in the country, one of which being the refurbishment of the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNIC), a 3,080 m² building of modern Portuguese colonial architecture from the mid-twentieth century and which will become a first-class regional research centre.
