Design of the electromechanical systems for the maintenance and stabling depots serving the 35.5 km East section.

The at-grade depots, occupying 57 ha, are designed to provide stabling and maintenance facilities for up to 80 trains simultaneously.

Designed to the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark Platinum Rating, the highest standard for energy efficiency in Singapore.

At 50 km, the new Cross Island Line (CRL) will be the longest line in the network when completed.
