The Institute of Construction and Management, an institution dedicated to research, development, education, and dissemination of technologies for construction and management, organised the “International Road Infrastructure Congress” which took place in Lima in August, and where TYPSA played a significant role.
The event shared advances, research, and innovative projects with professionals in the road infrastructure field and was complemented by an exhibition called “Expo Road and Transport” showcasing the major achievements and advancements of participating companies in this sector.
TYPSA had a prominent presence, with the presentation of the talk “Technological Innovations in the Design and Construction of High-Speed Infrastructure” delivered by Jorge Velasquez, Director of TYPSA Peru’s Transport Infrastructure Division. In his presentation, he shared corporate information about the Group’s capabilities and experience in transport engineering and highlighted TYPSA’s most notable projects in the fields of roads and railways (high-speed and metros). He also emphasised the Group’s expertise in related technological areas such as BIM, structures, and geometric design.
Additionally, TYPSA was present at the exhibition with a corporate stand that showcased the Group’s experience in developing large projects in Peru and worldwide. The stand featured TYPSA Peru’s professionals, who helped strengthen the company’s position in Peru’s transport sector, always focusing on sustainable development and innovation, while establishing connections with institutions and construction companies for potential collaborations.
TYPSA’s participation in both the congress and the exhibition received the Excellence in Infrastructure Projects Award, granted by the event organiser in recognition of the company’s presence and contribution.
